Our service provides AI-powered video summaries through a Chrome extension that integrates with YouTube. The extension:
- Injects a widget onto YouTube video pages
- Generates summaries of video content
- Stores user preferences in the browser
- Does not modify YouTube's original content
3. User Accounts and Subscriptions
3.1 Account Creation
- Users must sign up using Google OAuth authentication
- Users must provide accurate and complete information
- Users are responsible for maintaining account security
3.2 Subscription Plans
- Free Plan: Limited to 2 AI summaries per day
- Pro Plan: Unlimited summary generations
- Subscription terms and pricing may change with notice
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree to:
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
- Not use the service to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension
5. Intellectual Property

- Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission

- Summaries are generated for personal use only
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Accuracy of generated summaries
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Loss of data or content
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
